Qualifications

  • Proven experience editing long-form videos (portfolio required)

  • Experience with editing content like YouTube videos, vlogs, product reviews, and landing page content

  • Strong attention to detail, pacing, transitions, color grading, and audio syncing/mixing

  • A strong grasp of storytelling and viewer engagement techniques

  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and working under deadlines

  • Excellent communication and time management skills

  • Strong command of the English language

  • Full-time availability (9 hours per day including a 1-hour lunch, Monday–Friday, PST)

Responsibilities

  • Edit and deliver long-form video content across various platforms

  • Add transitions, graphics, subtitles, text overlays, music, and visual effects to elevate the final product

  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to align each video with [Company Name]'s brand and vision

  • Stay up to date with long-form content trends on YouTube and other platforms

  • Suggest creative improvements and bring fresh ideas to the editing process

  • Organize footage, edits, and revisions efficiently
