Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Property Specialist to support the sales efforts of our condominium development. This is a contractual role suited for a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of residential condominium sales. You will be responsible for engaging potential buyers, presenting property offerings, and guiding clients through the sales process to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell condominium units to potential buyers through presentations, tripping, and consultations.

  • Respond promptly to inquiries and schedule property viewings or virtual presentations.

  • Understand the features, pricing, and benefits of the condominium project and communicate them effectively to clients.

  • Maintain an active database of leads and prospects.

  • Assist clients through every stage of the sales process, from inquiry to contract signing.

  • Attend open houses, project events, and promotional activities as required.

  • Coordinate with the sales manager to follow up on leads and campaigns.

  • Provide regular updates on sales activity, client feedback, and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills.

  • Knowledge of real estate contracts and the homebuying process.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Familiarity with digital sales platforms is an advantage.

  • Must be willing to work weekends and extended hours when necessary.

Contract Details:

  • Contract Duration: 3 months with possible extension

  • Compensation: Competitive monthly allowance performance based incentives commission

  • Schedule: Full-time, including weekends and holidays as required

  • Location: On-site sales office and/or remote work (as needed)
