Job Overview

The Sales Associate is responsible for driving store sales by meeting targets for assigned products or categories. The role focuses on providing outstanding customer service through excellent product knowledge and engagement, maintaining high visual merchandising standards, and ensuring sufficient stock levels for smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass sales targets for assigned products/categories.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by offering product expertise and personalized assistance.
  • Ensure store displays are well-organized and aligned with merchandising standards.
  • Track inventory levels and prepare purchase orders to guarantee timely replenishment of SKUs.

Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate or College level.
  • Minimum of 6 months retail sales experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management preferred.
  • Flexible to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per day
