JOB DESCRIPTION:

Project Role: Storage & Backup SME/L3

Location: Alabang Muntinlupa

Work setup: Hybrid - 3 times a week RTO

Shifting Schedule Shifting / on - call

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary Technical abilities:

  1. System Administration in Windows Server Operating Systems (W2K3, W2K8R2, W2K12)

  2. Knowledge in ITIL/ITSM framework

  3. Expert in Storage & Backup Management

4. 5-7years + of deep technical knowledge to the following Storage & Backup technologies such as:


• CommVault Backup


• Veeam Backup


• Druva Backup


• NetBackup


• NetApp (storage)

Secondary Technical abilities:

  1. Has understanding in IT Software and Hardware

  2. Knowledge in any automation tools such as but not limited to C++, C#, C, Powershell, Python, CLI.

Behavior abilities:

  1. Self-motivated, eager to learn and grow in the I.T. profession

  2. Team player must be able to work with people within and outside of the IT department.

  3. Customer service oriented

  4. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. English speaking mandatory.

  5. Ability to analyze and synthesize situations

Technical Environment:

  1. Vmware (Enterprise and EnterprisePlus)

  2. Cloud Environment: Azure & AWS

  3. Hardware: Dell servers XC720, XC730m R7xx

  4. OS: W2K3 to W2K12R2

  5. Backup: Commvault, Veeam, Druva & NetBackup

  6. Storage: NetApp (Storage)
