We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales & Business Development Manager
to lead the sales function of Greenstrum. This role exists to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and position AC Mobility as the market leader in EV charging solutions. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies targeting key markets, establish strategic partnerships, and manage customer relationships across both commercial and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall sales strategy to achieve business goals and revenue targets, while identifying growth opportunities across commercial, industrial, and retail segments, including home installations.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring career development and performance management.
  • Drive business development initiatives by forging long-term partnerships with property developers, LGUs, utility companies, automotive companies, fleet operators, and EV manufacturers.
  • Collaborate with technology providers and financial institutions to deliver innovative EV infrastructure solutions.
  • Identify and expand into new markets across the Philippines, coordinating with the marketing team to launch promotional campaigns and events that raise brand awareness and promote the EV ecosystem.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach by understanding client needs, ensuring excellent service delivery, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the EV ecosystem.
  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and budgeting, and leveraging CRM tools for actionable insights.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales and business development professional with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in infrastructure, automotive, energy, or technology sectors. They excel in leadership, negotiation, and relationship management, with the ability to inspire teams and build strong connections with C-level executives, government agencies, and industry partners. They consistently meet or exceed sales targets and demonstrate strategic thinking in identifying market opportunities and delivering innovative solutions.
