Job Description
  • Fixed Assets transactions (creation, dispose, transfer,sale, depreciation run, etc)
  • Fixed assets reconciliation
  • Journal entries creation
  • Sales reconciliation
  • Margin reporting reviewIntercompany
  • Open item clearing Month end activities
  • HFM Reporting
  • Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Manage internal user queries
Qualifications
  • Customer Service
  • Analytical thinking for issues resolutions
  • Teamwork
  • Time management skills
  • Attention to details
  • Experience working under SLAs and KPI's Technical skills: ERP: SAP, A4O, SharePoint, Blackline
  • University studies accounting, administration, economics orsimilar.
  • 3 years minimum working in account payables
  • Portuguese 80%(B2) or English 80%(B2)
