Agriculture Analyst

Agriculturist Analyst is responsible for analyzing agricultural data, evaluating farming practices, and providing insights to improve productivity, sustainability, and profitability. This role involves conducting research, preparing technical reports, and supporting agricultural programs and initiatives.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret agricultural data related to crop yields, soil conditions, pest control, and production trends.
• Conduct field assessments to evaluate farming systems, resource use, and environmental impact.
• Develop recommendations to improve agricultural productivity and sustainability.
• Support the planning and implementation of agricultural projects and programs.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation based on research findings.
• Monitor agricultural market trends, costs, and potential risks affecting operations.
• Collaborate with farmers, agribusiness stakeholders, and government agencies for project development and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with agricultural laws, standards, and safety regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Science, Agronomy, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in agricultural analysis, research, or fieldwork (entry-level applicants may be considered).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Knowledge of sustainable agricultural practices and local farming systems is an advantage.
