Job Description:

Responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visual and multimedia assets that support the company's marketing campaigns and branding efforts. This role bridges the gap between design and marketing strategy, ensuring creative outputs are not only visually engaging but also aligned with business goals and audience engagement strategies.

  • Produce effective designs/videos for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to align with the company brand story.
  • Deliver high quality, on brand, scalable graphic solutions and ensure consistent quality is delivered and implemented across all departments.
  • Manage execution of marketing materials with vendors when needed.
  • Maintain brand standards and style.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team and other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Create engaging HTML image-based content emails for monthly newsletters with clients.
  • Support the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphics Design/ Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) and other relevant tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Premiere Pro)
  • Solid understanding of marketing channels, consumer behavior, and digital trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, visual design, and storytelling
  • Proficient in creating graphics such as marketing and promotional materials
  • Experience in Video Editing and Motion Graphics
  • Good understanding of branding, marketing and advertising concepts and practices
  • Strong creative, analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines (quickly and fluidly)
  • Excellent problem solving skills and keen eye for details
  • Excellent communication skills both in written and verbal English and Filipino
  • Willing to be assigned at Veterans Compound, Western Bicutan Taguig

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
