Distributor Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the right route to market that would improve sales & distribution objective in Panay Island and Bacolod area and will take the lead with the Distributor Specialists for areas in Panay;
• On-time execution of Sales and Marketing plans for the assigned area;
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with Distributors;
• Communicating and collaborating with other departments to ensure that key clients' needs are met;
• Sell in & sell out, distribution per brand, UBA improvement and/or special projects;
• And management/achievement of the KPI in the assigned areas

Job Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
• 3-5 years experience as sales personnel handling distributor business;
• FMCG background is an advantage;
• Familiar with tertiary accounts;
• Excellent communication;
• High business acumen;
• Proficiency in operational order to delivery processes;
• Attentive to details;
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Willing to do fieldwork in Panay Island and Bacolod area.
