About the Role

We're looking for a Manual Quality Assurance with strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions. The role involves translating business requirements into functional test cases, executing comprehensive testing activities, and collaborating closely with the development team to deliver high-quality software aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or Testing.
  • 3–4 years of solid Manual QA experience (required).
  • 2+ years of experience using SQL (required).
  • Skilled in writing test cases, test scripts, and master test plans.
  • Strong understanding of Test Design Techniques, QA methodologies, and SDLC (both Waterfall and Agile).
  • Familiarity with QA tools, testing standards, and best practices.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or financial operations is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing time effectively.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and travel to other sites if needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into test cases and scripts.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and regression suites.
  • Identify, document, and verify software defects; perform re-tests after fixes.
  • Prepare Test Summary Reports and Acceptance Test Certificates.
  • Collaborate with senior QA analysts and developers to ensure software meets requirements.
  • Contribute to QA process improvement and ensure compliance with defined SDLC/CMMI standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior QA analysts as needed.

Working Arrangement and Schedule:

  • Hybrid Set-up (at least 2-3 days per week onsite depending on the operation)
  • Shifting Schedules - Morning and Night Shift (We're supporting US Based Team)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
