Technical Support Representative

If you enjoy helping people, solving technical issues, and working with purpose, this role is for you. As a Technical Support Representative, you will support customers who use our solar and battery systems, ensuring they receive clear guidance and reliable assistance.
You'll handle customer concerns through phone, email, and chat, walk them through solutions, and make sure every interaction is handled with care, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset. Your Role:
-Assist customers with technical questions through phone, email, and chat.
-Troubleshoot product or system issues and guide users step-by-step.
-Escalate complex concerns to senior specialists when needed.
-Record case updates clearly and follow standard procedures.
-Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, or Operations teams to help resolve recurring issues.
-Stay informed about product updates and support guidelines.
-Maintain a supportive, professional, and customer-focused approach at all times.
What You Bring:
-Experience in technical support or customer service.
-Proven technical skills in previous work and knowledge in solar industry is highly preferred.
-Strong communication skills and a calm, patient way of explaining solutions.
-Ability to use ticketing or CRM systems (Zendesk is a plus).
-Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow established procedures.
-Willing to learn, adaptable, and committed to providing quality service.
-A collaborative attitude and genuine care for customer experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php27,000.00 per month
