Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential vendors and suppliers in accordance with local market standards and company requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliable supply and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Negotiate favorable pricing, terms, and service agreements with suppliers to support cost-efficiency and operational needs.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to draft, review, and negotiate supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and Philippine legal requirements.
  • Monitor vendor performance and address any issues, discrepancies, or non-compliance concerns.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's services within the Philippine oil and gas sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth, new clients, and potential project leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate qualified leads and support client acquisition efforts.
  • Coordinate purchasing activities to meet the operational requirements of various departments.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and reorder points to ensure sufficient materials at all times.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of inventory and minimize stock disruptions.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to optimize procurement and inventory operations.
  • Assess and mitigate procurement-related risks to ensure business continuity.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate product information, resolve issues, and recommend solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer orders accurately and in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders and provide regular shipment updates.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and document resolutions for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or any related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or operations.
  • Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and procurement planning is required.
  • Background in customer service, order processing, or sales support is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
  • Familiarity with local and international shipping processes, Incoterms, and customs documentation.
  • Ability to evaluate suppliers, analyze quotations, and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), especially for reporting and data analysis.
  • Understanding of oil & gas industry requirements, HSSE standards, and compliance regulations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for dealing with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in handling procurement and logistics issues.
  • Willingness to travel locally for supplier visits, client meetings, or project site activities, when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
