Management Trainee - Supply Chain & Control

We're seeking a High-Performance eCommerce Data & Systems Analyst to optimise inventory control, production visibility, and campaign alignment across our online stores.

This role suits a commercially minded operator who thrives on data logic, efficiency, and process improvement.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Management Trainee, you will be entrusted with impactful roles from day one, receiving guidance from the owner who will support you in overcoming challenges and igniting your potential at the company.

Maximize your fullest potential on an accelerated pathway, by working on a fast-paced environment with challenging tasks and immersing yourself in our brands when you embark on cross-functional job rotations across core functions.

However, the goal for this position is to hire a Supply Chain Auditor - Buyer in charge of two of our biggest brands.

Daily Tasks:

Inventory Management & Analysis

  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels across all channels.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.
  • Identify slow-moving, fast-moving, and out-of-stock items and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Conduct regular inventory reconciliations and coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies.

Ordering of Stocks

  • Execute timely and accurate Purchase Orders to our suppliers based on sales trends, stock levels, and respective lead times.
  • Monitor stock transfers, replenishments, and returns to ensure balanced inventory distribution.
  • Coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery and receiving processes.
  • Track stock availability for new product launches and promotional activities.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate inventory data in the system and ensure timely updates.
  • Generate sales and stock movement dashboards for management and merchandising review.
  • Analyze historical data to assist in forecasting and demand planning.
