Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School Graduate/Highschool graduate (Old curriculum)
  • Should have experiences in both Voice and Non-voice channels.

  • No minimum number of months experience needed on either channels.

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

  • Applicants must be willing to work in an office-based setup
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Marquee Mall, Angeles City Pampanga
  • Willing to work during Manila night hours (shifting schedules) and weekends

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Multi-Channel CSR will continue to perform all standard responsibilities of a Tier 1 Customer Service Representative, managing their assigned primary channel (voice or chat).
  • They are expected to be flexible and ready to support either Inbound Calls, Chat or Email, depending on business needs. This may include switching between channels during the day to help meet service level targets (SLAs).
  • MC CSRs must stay fully up to date with processes and procedures across both channels to provide accurate, timely and effective customer support.
  • Agents are expected to consistently meet or exceed monthly performance goals while maintaining a strong track record, free from critical incidents or major disciplinary actions.
  • They may also be assigned additional responsibilities as needed to support business operations and future initiatives.
