Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support (filing, scanning, encoding, and record keeping).
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of company documents such as permits, memos, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for office supplies, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Monitor and manage office inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels of supplies and materials.
  • Support logistics arrangements (transportation, deliveries, courier coordination, etc.).
  • Assist in processing requests for purchase, petty cash, and reimbursements.
  • Maintain updated employee and office directories, and assist in organizing company events or meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and administrative systems.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative support or office management (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
