Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Personnel to join our team. As a Sales Personnel, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential customers. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer needs and provide information on product features and benefits;
  • Pre sales to post sales services to clients
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Respond to customers online inquiry (Viber, social media) in a timely manner
  • Process and accept payments
  • Schedule, coordinate, monitor delivery of items from warehouse to clients
  • Conduct inventory based on schedule

Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School graduate or College level
  • No working experience required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in basic MS Word, MS Excel and other sales tools
  • Willing to be trained; must be highly trainable
  • Willing to work within Makati and Ortigas area
  • Direct hire; work on-site
