Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team with daily administrative tasks, campaign coordination, and content creation. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, highly organized, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, email, etc.).
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior data to identify trends.
  • Help organize promotional events and campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
  • Write and edit marketing content for various channels including social media, email, website, and print.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers and external agencies to produce promotional materials.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing marketing supplies, and preparing reports.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or currently pursuing).
  • 1–2 years of relevant work or internship experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., email marketing platforms, Canva).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills (Optional):
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
