Duties and ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations & People Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related concerns, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in coordination with management.
- Ensure proper implementation of company rules, Code of Conduct, and HR policies.
- Support employee engagement activities and promote a positive work environment.
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Source applicants through job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare job offers and employment requirements for selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and applicant databases.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Facilitate employee onboarding, including orientation, contract signing, and completion of pre-employment requirements.
- Coordinate issuance of company IDs, uniforms, and other onboarding materials.
- Assist in offboarding procedures, including clearance processing and exit interviews.
Timekeeping & Attendance Monitoring
- Monitor and maintain Daily Time Records (DTRs), attendance, overtime, undertime, and leave records.
- Validate timekeeping reports and coordinate corrections with employees and supervisors.
- Ensure timely submission of accurate attendance data for payroll processing.
HR Documentation & Memoranda
- Prepare, issue, and record HR memoranda, notices, and administrative letters.
- Maintain updated employee 201 files, both physical and digital.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper documentation of all HR records.
On-Site Visits & Field Coordination
- Conduct regular on-site visits to monitor employee attendance, performance, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and clients regarding HR-related concerns.
- Report observations and findings to management with appropriate recommendations.
Compliance & Administrative Support
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, DOLE regulations, and internal policies.
- Support HR audits, inspections, and internal reporting requirements.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as may be assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
