Key Responsibilities:

  • Aggregate, compile, and normalize large sets of hedge fund and private equity investor data
  • Preparation of daily, monthly, and quarterly upload files for Client Reporting database
  • Ensure data integrity for all standardized and customizable reporting
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Liaise and develop relationships with custodians, third party administrators, and other vendors
  • Manage trade input, validation, and updates in the IBOR system.
  • Ensure timely and accurate trade capture across various asset classes.
  • Resolve complex trade discrepancies with onshore, custodians, and counterparties.

Valuations & Pricing Analysis:

  • Conduct periodic valuations and review pricing data for accuracy.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies in pricing methodologies.
  • Investigate pricing discrepancies and collaborate with onshore team.
  • Prepare and review investment reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Perform trade and valuation reconciliations against custodians and brokers.
  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, escalating when necessary.

RequirementsJob Requirements and Credentials:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment operations, fund accounting, or middle office.
  • Proficiency in IBOR systems and investment management platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desired (Plus but not a requirement)

  • Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of VBA, SQL, or Python is a plus.
