The Role

We're looking for Client Outreach Representatives to call seniors in the U.S., have friendly conversations, ask a few simple questions, and record their feedback.

This is steady work with clear expectations, a straightforward process, and full training provided.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Around 100 outbound calls per day
  • Friendly conversations with seniors about their community experience
  • Following a simple question flow
  • Recording answers in our system
  • Hitting daily/weekly goals
  • Joining team check-ins during Eastern US hours

What We Need

  • Good spoken English (clear, friendly, patient)
  • Comfortable talking on the phone
  • Experience in BPO, call center, outbound calling, appointment setting, or customer service is helpful but not required
  • Reliable internet and a quiet work setup
  • Able to work full-time during Eastern US hours
