Essential Duties

  • Monitor & maintain accurate stock levels across Oceania
  • Maintain Product profiles in ERP system as required
  • Forecast demand for Canon Inc. and local products using sales history and inventory targets
  • Execute Inventory related transactions in line with established processes
  • Learn and maintain proficiency in Canon Inc. and vendor systems, as applicable
  • Provide timely and adequate reports, stock availability information and ETAs to stakeholders
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues promptly
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in product planning, inventory coordination or supply chain management
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including macro and pivot)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Skill in identifying inventory-related issues and developing effective solutions to minimise customer impact
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft D365 preferred) and familiarity with Power BI for reporting and analytics
  • Technical aptitude to understand product configurations
  • Relevant tertiary and/or industry qualifications
