About the Role:

The GTM Strategy Officer plays a vital role in empowering Quipper's Sales and GTM Strategy teams to drive growth through data, training, and strategic insights. This role bridges Sales, Marketing, and Product by designing enablement programs, developing tools and analytics, and providing data-driven recommendations that enhance sales performance, optimize go-to-market strategies, and accelerate revenue growth.

Sales Enablement

Sales Enablement & Training

  • Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for Account Officers.
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, toolkits, battlecards, and objection-handling guides.
  • Ensure sales teams are updated on market positioning, competitive landscape, and value propositions.
  • Build structured learning paths and refreshers to sustain skill development.

Product & Brand Launch Support

  • Lead internal launch readiness for new products, features, and content releases.
  • Collaborate with Product, Content, and Marketing to craft clear sales narratives and messaging.
  • Equip Account Officers with presentation decks, demo scripts, FAQs, and talk tracks.
  • Ensure consistent and timely adoption of new launches across sales teams.

Sales Performance Support

  • Partner with Sales Managers to identify skills gaps, performance gaps, and training needs.
  • Track and report on enablement effectiveness using KPIs such as playbook adoption, close rates, and sales cycle length.
  • Organize regular refreshers, certifications, and workshops to sustain high sales productivity.
  • Recommend targeted enablement interventions based on performance data.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between GTM Strategy, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams.
  • Provide structured feedback loops from Sales to Product and Marketing for continuous improvement.
  • Align enablement efforts with GTM priorities, revenue targets, and profitability goals.
  • Support leadership during GTM planning cycles with enablement inputs and insights.

Business Intelligence

Market and Business Intelligence

  • Collect, organize, and analyze internal and external data to support market sizing, segmentation, and opportunity assessments.
  • Track competitor activities, industry trends, and regulatory developments that impact Quipper's business.
  • Provide actionable market insights to support GTM strategy formulation, marketing planning, and sales prioritization.
  • Maintain a reliable market intelligence repository accessible to relevant teams.

Profitability and Performance Reporting

  • Produce regular profitability reports by product, segment, region, and campaign.
  • Partner with GTM Strategy and Marketing teams to evaluate the financial performance of strategic initiatives and marketing programs.
  • Identify revenue and cost drivers, and provide recommendations to improve overall business profitability.
  • Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with leadership requirements.

Data Analytics and Dashboard Development

  • Build and maintain dashboards to track key commercial and marketing KPIs (e.g., lead generation, conversion, revenue contribution, CAC, ROI).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency across reporting platforms.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights for GTM planning, leadership reviews, and strategic decision-making.
  • Proactively identify data gaps and propose solutions to enhance reporting capabilities.

Strategic Planning Support

  • Provide analytical inputs and insights to support annual and quarterly GTM planning cycles.
  • Develop data models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to guide strategic decisions.
  • Support the GTM Strategy team in business case development for new markets, partnerships, or product initiatives.
  • Contribute to the preparation of strategy decks and presentations for leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure strategic alignment of data and reporting.
  • Serve as the GTM team's primary liaison for data-related requests and business performance insights.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives by providing analytical backing and recommendations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
  • Sales Enablement
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Training, or Sales Operations (EdTech experience preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience designing sales enablement content and tools (e.g., playbooks, battlecards, toolkits).
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills; comfortable leading training sessions and workshops.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales performance metrics; experience using these for training impact measurement is an advantage.
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to work across Sales, Product, Content, and Marketing functions.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Business Intelligence
  • 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, strategy, or a related field (experience in EdTech, SaaS, or commercial strategy is a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio, Looker).
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in building dashboards and generating profitability or commercial reports.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
