Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Process property title transfers – Handle documentation and coordinate with relevant agencies.
  • Coordinate with government offices – For permits, licenses, and other legal processes.
  • Prepare and manage applications – Including renewals and related documents.
  • Handle incoming calls – Answer and direct phone inquiries as needed.
  • Create and proofread documents – Ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks – Such as visiting or contacting regional offices, encoding/drafting letters.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's degree (open to fresh graduates)
  • Multi-tasking aptitude and excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills
  • Can work in a team and individually with minimal supervision
  • Time-oriented and efficient in handling tasks and queries
  • Adaptable and flexible in managing various responsibilities
  • A good team player who is adaptable and has the initiative
  • Must be willing to work in Iligan City (residing in or near Iligan City is an advantage)

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php11, Php12,000.00 per month
