Job Summary:

The Cluster Head for SME will lead the NCR sales team focused on small and medium-sized enterprises. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and performance management to drive client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in the SME market.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute sales plans and strategies for the SME segment.


• Oversee daily operations of the SME sales team.


• Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.


• Provide mentorship and support to sales team members.


• Monitor market developments and refine sales strategies as needed.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or Marketing.


• At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with 2+ years in a managerial role.


• Strong knowledge of ICT and Telco solutions.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.


• Candidates should have majority experience in Telco with corporate B2B selling experience.


• If experience is only in Telco, an IT or ECE course background is a must.


• Experience in ICT (e.g., cybersecurity, cloud, network solutions such as Cisco/Huawei, Office 365) is also acceptable.


• Must be comfortable engaging with Type C executives.


• Must be a resident of NCR. Regional travel is expected.
