ShareJob DescriptionDescriptionBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). Preferably with more than 3 years of B2C (Business-to-Consumer) sales experience in a healthcare or clinic environment. Experience hitting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential patients. Has a strong business sense and industry expertise. Willing to work in Ortigas Branch.

Job ResponsibilitiesMakes strategies to promote and sell products or services to patients, clients, and customers to meet and exceed sales quotas set by management. Guides potential customers to discover their requirements and offers the best solutions to fulfill those needs through internal and external sales and marketing strategies (e.g., corporate presentations, fieldwork, up-selling). Manages patient appointments and ensures proper coordination with doctors.

Performs sales and marketing initiatives including corporate presentations, sales calls, up-selling, and prepares sales reports. Maintains contact and builds lasting relationships with customers. Implements and tracks sales strategies, plans, and marketing communications through various channels/media.

Stays updated on market trends, product knowledge, and develops innovative sales techniques. Ensures proper and timely communication to relevant office personnel and consumers. Provides input to management on brand positioning, product, and brand management.

Assists in creating marketing promotions for the sales force and end-consumers. Monitors promotional activities and their yields via social networking sites. Uses market and competitor knowledge to identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
