Jinu Business Outsourcing Services, Inc. is a business consulting company based in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. We are providing business outsourcing services such as business set-up, bookkeeping, tax compliance, payroll, and other management consultation for clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the various companies.
  • Record all financial transactions, including invoices, payments, expenses, and revenue.

  • Responsible for the preparation, review, filing, submission, and payment of all applicable tax returns, attachments, permits and licenses and other regulations.

  • Ensure that tax-related accounts are properly recorded in the accounting system

  • Prepares recurring and ad hoc reports pulled from the system maintained by the accounting function

  • Assist in preparation, process and maintain paperwork related to all aspects of the accounting cycle, culminating in the preparation and filing of tax returns (BIR 1601C, 1601E, 2550Q, 1702Q, 1702, 1604C, 1604E, and AFS).

  • Ensure timely and accurate tax submissions to avoid penalties and interest (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual).
  • Assist in preparing, encoding, and submitting Relief Data Entry for Sales, Purchases, Importation, and Alphalist Data Entry for EWT.
  • Confirm the accuracy of records and documents related to tax reporting and preparation. Ensure that tax returns are filed in accordance with tax authorities.
  • Update the Manual Book of Accounts.
  • Maintain organized tax records and supporting documents for easy retrieval.
  • Remain up to date with changes in tax code and accounting laws. Conduct research on tax compliance issues at the local and national level.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the department head from time to time. Must be flexible and adaptable to changes that will occur during the course of employment.
  • Assist the team and the other departments on tax related matters.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology.

  • 1-2 years of proven experience as an Accounting and Taxation.

  • Proficient in Excel functions, including PivotTables and Lookup formulas.

  • Knowledge on QuickBooks is an advantage

  • Familiarity about tax codes, various BIR Forms, and tax computations.
  • Excellent ENGLISH communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in BGC

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
  • Allowances inclusively
