About the role

Canary Global Distribution Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Brand and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in our Makati City office in Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development and execution of our brand and marketing initiatives, with the aim of elevating our brand presence and driving business growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive brand and marketing strategies to support our business objectives
  2. Overseeing the creation and distribution of high-impact marketing content across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all customer touchpoints
  4. Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making
  5. Managing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to generate brand awareness and drive lead generation
  6. Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to continually optimise and improve our approach
  7. Providing strategic guidance and mentorship to junior members of the marketing team

What we're looking for

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the consumer goods or retail industry
  2. Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective brand and marketing strategies that have driven business growth
  3. Excellent creative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data-driven insights into impactful marketing campaigns
  4. Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to prioritise and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner
  6. Proficiency in using marketing technology and data analysis tools to measure and optimise campaign performance
  7. A collaborative team player with a passion for building and nurturing high-performing marketing teams
