About the role

We are looking for a Delivery Helper to join our team at ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative' in Malate, Manila City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position to support our warehousing, storage and distribution operations. As a Delivery Helper, you will be responsible for assisting with the efficient and timely delivery of our products to our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Safely load and unload delivery vehicles
2. Deliver products to customer locations in a timely manner
3. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring orders are complete and customers are satisfied
4. Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of delivery vehicles
5. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
6. Follow all safety protocols and procedures

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a Delivery Helper or in a similar role within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
2. Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well with others
3. Good physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy items
4. Excellent time management and organisational skills
5. Valid driver's licence (preferred but not required)
6. Reliable and punctual with a positive, can-do attitude
