Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with cooperative members, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, service utilization, and membership growth. The role focuses on driving CETF (Cooperative Education and Training Fund) utilization and mobilization, supporting cooperatives in accessing services and membership recruitment. The Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the organization and assigned cooperatives, ensuring timely delivery of services, compliance, and achievement of performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities
1. Member Acquisition & Account Growth
- Identify, engage, and onboard new cooperatives into the network.
- Promote membership programs, service offerings, and FOCCUS Branding enrollment.
- Develop account plans to drive membership growth and service penetration.
2. Cooperative Servicing & Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with primary cooperatives and ensure high satisfaction.
- Regularly assess cooperative needs and recommend appropriate training, consultancy, and MCN services.
- Ensure high retention rate through proactive engagement and problem resolution.
- Guide cooperatives in maximizing CETF utilization for training and consultancy services.
3. CETF Mobilization & Project Implementation
- Promote CETF-supported programs and encourage full utilization and mobilization among member-cooperatives.
- Support and monitor the implementation of CETF-funded projects to ensure successful completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver training, consultancy, and development services.
4. Brand & Program Promotion
- Facilitate the enrollment of cooperatives in the FOCCUS Branding Program.
- Assist cooperatives in meeting FOCCUS standards and requirements.
- Conduct orientations, presentations, and consultations as needed.
5. Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports on membership, CETF utilization, and service access.
- Monitor and ensure that all cash advances related to servicing and projects are liquidated on time, with zero (0) outstanding balance at year-end.
- Maintain proper documentation and data accuracy in the membership and CETF systems.
6. Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to cooperatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support program improvement and decision-making.
- Participate in planning sessions, training events, and other organizational initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
