QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Food Management or any related field (preferred).

  2. Previous experience in food and beverage industry, with at least 2 years in supervisory role.

  3. Proficiency in Restaurant Management software and Point of Sale system.

  4. Computer Literate.

  5. Knowledge in industry trends and customer preferences.

  6. Attended some workshop for table decoration, culinary, bartending and any event management.

  7. Excellent in communication, team management and leadership skills.

  8. Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.

  9. Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.

Working or Basic Knowledge in:

  • MS OFFICE (e.g., Excel, Word, Power Point, Canva)
  • Basic in Inventory Management
  • Strong in Hospitality Management
  • Certified Guest Service Professional
