Coron Brewery is looking for a passionate and experienced
Bar Manager
to lead operations at both
The BrewHouse Restobar
in Coron town center and our brand-new
Coron Brewery Trailer Bar
, an exciting oceanside venue with stunning island views and unforgettable sunsets.

This is a unique opportunity to manage two dynamic locations:


The BrewHouse Restobar
– our flagship taproom in the heart of Coron, known for craft beer, cider, and seltzers made at our brewery.


The Trailer Bar
– a new oceanside venue, serving cocktails, wine, and craft beer in a stylish setting designed for sunsets and island vibes.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily bar and FOH operations across both locations
  • Lead, train, and schedule staff to deliver outstanding service
  • Curate bar menus, manage inventory, and ensure quality standards
  • Develop and execute events, promotions, and activations
  • Collaborate with ownership on marketing, cocktails, and new concepts
