Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensure excellent customer service, manage budgets, and maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with suppliers, planning menus, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Food and Beverage Management, including staff management and supplier coordination
  • Strong understanding of budget management and cost control
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
  • Experience in planning menus and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in luxury hospitality or resort management is a plus
