Manages and organizes company documents, which may include preparing reports, digitalizing records, maintaining database, ensuring compliance, and providing support to teams in a fast-paced environment. Key duties involve compiling information, tracking files and utilizing MS Office for data entry, report generation and presentation development. In particular, the Document Assistant will handle the following :

Data Management

Organize, categorize and maintain physical and digital document systems, ensuring proper storage and retrieval for authorized personnel.

Data Entry and Record Keeping

Input and update data in company database and spreadsheets, creating organized records of financial transactions or project information.

Reporting and Compilation

Gather, prepare and consolidate reports, documentation and information for internal and external use.

Compliance and Review

Enusre that all documents and records adhere to company policies, industry standards and legal requirements.

Operational Support

Provide administrative and operational assistance which may include managing files, handling correspondence and supporting team workflow.

Organization and Archiving

Convert paper-based documents into digital formats and archive existing records for long term access.

Essential Skills

Technical Proficiency - strong command of Microsoft Office

Organizational Skills - meticulous attention to details, ability to manage high volumes of document and systematic file management

Communication

Clear and concise writing skills for report generation, effective verbal communication for interacting with colleagues and presentation skills

Analytical and Research Skills

Ability to analyze data and interpret information and conduct research

Adaptability

Able to collaborate with others

Education : Graduate of any four ( 4) years college degree.

Fresh graduate is welcome.
