Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue sales invoices and credit notes accurately and on schedule.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Scheduling, and Delivery teams to gather billing details and follow up on missing purchase orders.
  • Ensure correct VAT treatment, complete documentation, and review the monthly billing list to determine which jobs are ready for invoicing.
  • Record journals for invoice/credit corrections, intercompany transactions, and bad debt write-offs.
  • Track rechargeable expenses and help minimize write-offs.
  • Submit invoices/credits to the right customer contacts, maintain strong client relationships, and provide supporting documents when needed.
  • Assist in resolving customer and internal queries, working closely with Credit Control to reduce outstanding issues.
  • Escalate concerns to Business Heads to prevent potential customer problems.
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks, ensure processes and controls are followed, and consistently meet business deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Experience in invoicing or a finance-related role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid Excel skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-focused and open to learning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
