Job Overview

  • Manage Supply planning process for Philippines including order planning, shipment planning / monitoring, co-pack coordination, customs clearing, and activity management process to ensure product availability for Philippines at the optimum costs and inventory level.
  • With SAP / Ariba or Planning system is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage supply and co-pack coordination with sales/marketing & accrual of logistics conversion cost to meet with business needs in terms of product availability, inventory, and costs.
    • Manage inbound process including customs clearing, & coordination of product registration
  • Manage product freshness and inventory at distributors to improve customer service, optimize pipeline inventory, and minimize total business costs.
  • Collaborate with GOT to ensure optimum terms and costs for business.
  • Be Logistics representative in S&OP+ Step 2 - DMR to share supply and inventory update
  • Participate in activity management to ensure product available for Philippines market on time as per project plan.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields Knowledge / Experience
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management / Integrated Planning – Demand + Supply
  • Knowledge in Import Process and Supply Planning is a plus
  • Good verbal and written communication skill in English
  • Resiliency Stakeholder management
  • Proficient Excel Skills
