Schedule: Monday to Friday (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila Time)

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead our outbound sales and digital marketing initiatives

This is a hands-on role focused on generating qualified leads through cold outreach, social media, paid campaigns, and CRM-driven automation. You will also play a key role in building and managing our digital marketing infrastructure, ensuring all activities are aligned with brand standards and compliant with ASIC and NCCP regulations.

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing, preferably in finance, mortgage, or property sectors.
  • Proven success in outbound sales, lead generation, and appointment setting.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Tag Manager.
  • Experienced with Canva for producing high-quality marketing materials.
  • Understanding of Australian lending practices and borrower segments is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as MyCRM or Xero is preferred.

What will you do?

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta).

  • Create marketing assets using Canva (e.g. social media posts, EDMs, infographics).

Social Media Management

  • Develop and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

  • Support SEO efforts through relevant and optimised content.

Lead Generation & Sales Outreach

  • Build and manage targeted lead lists (e.g. first-home buyers, investors, asset finance clients).

  • Conduct cold outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified interest.

Sales Support & Strategy

  • Collaborate with brokers to develop sales scripts and outreach templates
