Job SummaryThe Data Quality Analyst role is a critical function in any Client Relationship Management (CRM) system. It involves consolidating all contacts into a central repository, identifying duplicates and incomplete data, and ensuring contact information is current and accurate. The role also includes enhancing contact data with activities, notes, classifications, and other key information to provide valuable insights for professional users.

A Data Quality Analyst should have a strong customer focus and attention to detail to maintain and update InterAction data continuously. AccountabilitiesData Accuracy: Verify and update contact/account information in InterAction using approved internet sources, ensuring data meets quality standards with a regular audit passing rate of 97.00%. Completeness and Timeliness: Achieve productivity targets of at least 20 records per hour, adapting to business needs.

Data Stewardship: Review data change management tickets and approve or reject data modifications. Research: Obtain additional contact information through LinkedIn and web searches. Data Manipulation: Use tools like Excel and internal systems to add, edit, and clean data.

Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy when merging duplicates and cleaning up contact details, such as addresses and phone numbers. Research Skills: Conduct internal and external research to verify and supplement contact data. QualificationsBachelor's DegreeGood communication skills

Ability to provide detailed information and summarize effectively for management

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change

Excellent organizational and analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAttention to detail and ability to spot data discrepancies

Understanding of data flow and impact on downstream systems

Knowledge of Master Backoffice System (MBS), Salesforce, and SQL is a plus

Current role for at least 1 year

No disciplinary actions in the past 12 months
