DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assists the Assistant Manager – Electrical to ensure that all electrical projects on assigned vessel will be done in accordance with all the approved job order, constructions drawings, contract documents, specifications and all applicable standards.

  1. Plans the daily work activities by checking the specifications and job order signed by the Owners Representative (OR) and based on the inspection onsite/on board to know what are the approved job and the materials and equipment that are needed at work.

  1. Studies and interprets construction drawings, and job specifications prior execution of any jobs.

  1. Prepares manpower schedule to have a proper deployment and allocation of workers charged per vessel.

  1. Oversees day to day performance of the workers to identify issues/problems, check the quality of the job and safety of workers.

  1. Resolves problem in the above capacity of Leadman to ensure all technical matters and coordination had been attended for the accomplishment of the entire project.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering

  2. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

  3. Licensed or planning to take the boards (for fresh graduates)
