About the Company:

LAHAT FOOD has grown into a leading food delivery app in the Philippines. We are currently developing a new platform to enter the reservation service market, which we believe will become our next growth engine. This platform will operate as a multi-vendor service within the LAHAT FOOD app, providing a seamless booking experience for users and creating new business opportunities for vendors. We are looking for a passionate WordPress Specialist to join us on this exciting journey.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Platform Development: Design, develop, and manage the new reservation system on the WordPress platform.
  • Feature Implementation: Implement core functionalities such as the booking engine, payment system, and vendor management using custom themes and plugins.
  • Product Management: Define the development roadmap and collaborate with the planning and marketing teams to prioritize new features.
  • System Operations: Ensure the stable operation of the platform and quickly resolve any technical issues.
  • Vendor Onboarding: Support new vendors in easily joining and using the platform.

Qualifications:

  • WordPress Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of WordPress core, themes, and plugin development.
  • Technical Stack: Proficient in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery, with experience in MySQL databases.
  • Experience: Prior experience building a project from scratch in a new service or startup environment is a plus, as is experience operating an e-commerce or reservation platform.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to independently analyze and solve complex technical problems is essential.
  • Communication: Have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the development, planning, and marketing teams.
