Job Summary:

We are looking for proactive Site Coordinators to support the day-to-day operations of our manpower deployment services. The Operations Site Coordinators will assist in coordinating manpower requests, monitoring field activities, ensuring proper documentation, and helping meet deployment and operational targets. This role acts as a key link between the recruitment team, field personnel, and client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Use reasonable care and skill as Coordinator of riders, drivers, and other independent contractors in connection with the coordination and delivery services to make sure that the parcels and packages are successfully and completely delivered to each customer within the reasonable time standard in the industry.

  2. Provide the tools, materials, and equipment as Coordinator/ Person In Charge (PIC) in carrying out the coordination and delivery services.

  3. Ensure the proper coordination/management of riders, drivers, and other independent contractors and the accomplishment and completion of the subject delivery service

  4. Ensure to perform the following:

a. Sources and recruit's individuals who are interested to become riders, drivers, and other independent contractors engaged in the delivery of parcels of Client Stick to a schedule and be time-bound on the job;

b. Conducts orientation riders, drivers, and other independent contractors for the structure of the company;

c. Submits report of actual deployment and newly hired;

d. Provides assistance for newly deployed riders;

e. Cascades instructions/ information given by Asian Now's Head of Operations to riders, drivers, sorters;

f. Guides the riders, drivers, and other independent contractors in the performance of their contracts with Asia-Now;

g. Monitors attendance and day-today activities of riders, drivers, and other independent contractors, including loading and dispatching of parcels, delivery of parcels to Client's customers, remittance of cash, and return of undelivered parcels to Client Hub;

h. Consolidates concerns, issues and complaints received from client, riders, drivers, sorters and other independent contractors and coordinates with different departments of Asia Now; and Client -Hub Lead, Team Lead, Coordinator and Admins;

i. Assists and coordinates required help relating to accident and life insurance

j. Tracks riders with unremitted cash collections and assists on filing of case and report;

k. Makes recommendation to Asia-Now in disciplinary cases;

l. Provides assistance to client's needs

Qualifications:

  • At least College Level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Experience in handling logistics and scheduling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php23,270.00 per month
