As an Accounting Specialist, you will oversee VAT refund processes with accuracy and compliance, ensuring timely documentation and coordination with partners. This role calls for detail-oriented problem solvers with strong tax knowledge and a commitment to financial excellence.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA license preferred but not required.
• Proven experience of at least two years in an accounting or finance role, with a strong focus on tax matters and VAT refunds.
• Solid understanding of Philippine tax laws and regulations, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be willing to work in Makati; Pasig; and/or Mandaluyong City.
• Your Daily Tasks
• Prepare and process all documentation required for VAT refund claims.
• Ensure all financial information is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
• Manage communication and coordination with external partners regarding VAT refund processes.
• Assist in preparing for and supporting external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial and client-related information.
• Stay up-to-date with all relevant tax regulations and internal company policies.
