Job Description: UI/UX Designer

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team.

The role involves designing user-friendly interfaces, conducting user research,

and creating seamless digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure intuitive,

visually appealing, and functional designs that enhance overall user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Analysis

Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to understand customer needs.

Analyze user feedback and activity to enhance user experience.

Develop user personas, journey maps, and workflows.

UX Design

Create wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and site maps to illustrate design concepts.

Design user journeys and information architecture that ensure intuitive navigation.

Develop interactive prototypes for testing and validation.

UI Design

Design visually engaging, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Ensure designs align with guidelines and accessibility standards.

Apply typography, color theory, spacing, and layout best practices.

Collaboration

Work closely with product managers and developers to translate requirements into functional designs.

Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Iterate designs based on input from users and stakeholders.

Quality Assurance

Conduct usability testing.

Ensure final UI designs are responsive, consistent, and optimized for different devices.

Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging best practices.
