UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications. The role involves understanding user behavior, conducting user research, and creating designs that are visually appealing, usable, and accessible. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  • Design high-fidelity UI elements and components that align with brand identity and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency during implementation.
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize user experience based on data, feedback, and evolving best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and conducting usability tests.
  • Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Location and Schedule

Location: Makati, Philippines

Working Hours: 8pm to 5am, Monday to Friday
