Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; background in Insurance, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
• No prior insurance experience necessary—we provide comprehensive training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with insurance systems and tools is a plus but not required.
• Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and work well independently or as part of a team.
