Job Description

The Marketing Manager will oversee and manage the marketing operations of VS Hotel and Victoria Sports Club. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. The position requires strong leadership, creativity, and analytical skills to ensure effective campaigns across both traditional and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for VS Hotel and Victoria Sports Club.
  • Oversee brand management and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Plan and manage advertising, promotions, events, and public relations activities.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and hospitality teams to create effective promotional materials.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team to achieve objectives.
  • Develop budgets and ensure cost-effective use of marketing resources.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, agencies, and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role (at least 3–5 years).
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, hospitality marketing, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, social media platforms).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
