Duties And Responsibilities Determine and performs inspections on all procedures and oversees testing methods of materials to maintain high standards in quality Collates the Material Data specs and organizes samples for review of Senior QAQC prior to submission of client Assists Senior QAQC for review of material qualities to ensure compliance to project requirements Generates and updates all QAQC submittal documents for review of Senior QAQC prior submission to the client Assists Senior QAQC in all Weekly Site construction meeting with the client and in-house operations team Does daily inspections and generates punch lists and ncrs for the review of senior QAQC prior submission to in house operations team Does site coordination with Client's fellow junior QAQC to coordinate any matters and issues that may occur and immediately reports this to the senior QAQC for further advise Ensures and monitors that the punch list internal and Client's punch list are done prior to any viewing or handover Assists the Senior QAQC in acquiring signoffs of handover forms from client Assists in monitoring area schedule Qualifications Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Architecture or Civil Engineering Preferably with experience related in fit-out works Preferably 1-3 years Experienced Employee specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
