Responsibilities

  • Manage project planning and delivery for AI-powered marketing workflows and tools.
  • Coordinate with AI engineers, marketers, and product teams to align project goals.
  • Maintain project timelines, documentation, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Translate business objectives into clear technical requirements.
  • Ensure smooth deployment of GPTs, AI automations, and system integrations.
  • Monitor progress, resolve blockers, and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure deliverables support lead generation, case growth, and performance targets.
  • Promote adoption by supporting knowledge-sharing and user onboarding.
  • Create structured feedback loops for continuous optimization.
  • Ensure all projects align with company priorities and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing tech, project management, or digital automation.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., GPTs), workflow automation, and Marketing Tech stacks.
  • Strong technical documentation and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and timelines.
  • Excellent communication and a detail-oriented mindset.
