Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and personable aesthetician to join our team. As an aesthetician, you will be responsible for providing a range of beauty treatments and therapies to our clients. Your primary goal will be to enhance our clients' appearances and improve their self-confidence through various services. The ideal candidate should have a passion for skincare, excellent customer service skills, and a thorough understanding of skin health.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to understand their skincare concerns and goals
  • Perform facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliating, and moisturizing
  • Administer advanced skincare treatments as needed
  • Conduct hair removal services such as waxing and threading
  • Keep records of client consultations, treatments, and progress
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and work areas
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Uphold the company's standards of service and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an aesthetician or similar role
  • Certification from an accredited cosmetology or aesthetics school
  • Knowledge of skincare products and treatments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills
