We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide professional skincare treatments, promote a relaxing and rejuvenating client experience. You'll play a key role in maintaining our commitment to excellence, client satisfaction, and beauty standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform professional skincare services including facials, exfoliation, extractions, chemical peels, and other aesthetic treatments.
  • Conduct skin analysis and consult with clients to determine their skincare needs and treatment plans.
  • Recommend appropriate skincare products and at-home routines to support client goals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Keep up to date with the latest skincare techniques, trends, and product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Assist in promoting spa/clinic services, retail products, and special offers.
  • Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a spa, clinic, or dermatology setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare products, facial treatments, and beauty technology.
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
