We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Aesthetician to join our team. As the Lead Aesthetician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional skincare services while also guiding, mentoring, and leading a team of aestheticians. You’ll ensure that our clients receive the highest quality treatments and an exceptional experience, all while maintaining a collaborative and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including facials, waxing, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other skincare services.
Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of aestheticians, ensuring quality and consistency in all treatments.
Provide in-depth consultations to clients, developing personalized skincare regimens and recommending products.
Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in skincare, ensuring the team is always informed and trained.
Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
Address and resolve any client issues or concerns with professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
Maintain accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress.
Collaborate with management to develop new treatments, improve client satisfaction, and achieve team and business goals.
Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and daily operations to ensure smooth department functioning.
Requirements:

Licensed Aesthetician with certification and a valid license.
Minimum of [3] years of experience as an Aesthetician, with at least [3] years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Extensive knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and industry advancements.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
